At hotelappas.com, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. If you need to cancel your reservation or request a refund, please review our policies below.

  1. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within 7 day of your scheduled arrival date or fail to show up for your reservation, you will be charged for one night’s stay.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation date. The refund will be made to the original payment method used to make the reservation.

  1. Early Check-Out

If you check out of the hotel earlier than the originally scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the full reservation. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of your stay.

  1. No Show Policy

If you do not show up for your reservation and do not cancel within the specified time frame, you will be charged for one night’s stay. No refund will be provided for any subsequent nights of your reservation.

  1. Modification Policy

If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

  1. Force Majeure

We understand that there may be circumstances beyond your control that may require you to cancel your reservation, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, but we cannot be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred as a result of such events.
